STRIDES PHARMA SCIENCE LTD

MANUFACTURER OF PHARMACEUTICALS TABLET DIVISION

We have built and executed 3500 sq mtr of RCC buildings, Roads, Material movement Bridge, Pedestrian walkway. Most recent addition to their unit near Anekal was the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS). A Pre Engineered Building of 6,000 sq mtr completed by Pragathi Constructions. Other infrastructure includes DG foundations and exhaust tower, fire hydrant pedestals and expansion works for existing buildings.

ACE BRIGHT( INDIA) PHARMA PVT.LTD

MANUFACTURER OF GENERAL AND ONCOLOGY API

Construction of a massive RCC structure standing over a DG sump with 600 cubic meters and 120 tonnes of reinforcement steel . Expansion of existing building with 60 tonnes of structural steel with two overhead tanks of 15 kilolitres. Cutting of existing floor slab for new equipment followed by strengthening of slab with steel sections. Granite finish for staircases, elevator cladding, cafeteria and common spaces. Epoxy flooring for clean rooms.

TENSHI KAIZEN

MANUFACTURER OF FINISHED DOSAGE PRODUCTS

Construction of 3 floored Production Block of size 54.4 mtr x 19 mtr and two floored Utility block of 22.8 mtr x 18.9 mtr in Mysore. Both new structures are being built using Pre Engineered Building concepts. Additional infrastructure includes RCC Retaining wall, RCC Roads, Storm Water Drains, OHC Room and Security Block.

We have also completed the construction of a building in RCC for their unit in Harohalli, Bengaluru.

MANUFACTURERS OF INJECTABLES AND OPHTHALMICS

Construction of Production Block for a service area of 20,000 sq. ft. Other infrastructure includes Security Rooms, Fire Hydrant Sump in RCC, Pump Room, QC Block, RCC Drain with Curb Stone, Compound Wall, Road Works with Paver Blocks, Renovation works of Admin Block and BPRL building, Foundations for Decanter, Plumbing and Sanitary works, Recharge Pits

BUFFALO WILD WINGS

Execution of Interiors of 7000 sq ft service area for Buffalo Wild wings in Indira Nagar, Bangalore for their casual dining restaurant and sports bar.

NUTRA DIVISION

We have built and executed a 6,000 sq mtr double Mezzanine Pre Engineered Building at their Sriperumbudur plant in Tamil Nadu. A turnkey project with infrastructure like Concrete roads, Weighbridge, Foundations for Equipment, Utility’s, Power Room, Boiler, Diesel Generator, Rain Water Harvesting facilities.

MANUFACTURER OF PHARMA BASED STERILE PRODUCTS

We have designed and executed 1,600 sq mtr of Pre Engineered Building for their sterile based production unit in Jigani.

We have also catered to their Beta Lactam Division in Bilekahalli for their requirement of 4,000 sq mtr of Pre Engineered Building. Complete design and erection of the PEB.
